Scan2Print
Privacy Policy
Scan2Print is a shop printing app from CodeConsole AI. It lets you scan or pick documents on your phone and send them to a shop desktop for printing.
Information we collect
- Files and photos. PDFs, images, and documents you choose to print, edit, or open in the app.
- Camera. Images for scanning documents and QR codes that connect you to a shop session.
- Connection data. Session and device identifiers needed to reach the shop printer (signalling / WebRTC).
- On-device lock. Optional PIN or biometric lock is stored on your phone only. We do not collect fingerprint or face data.
How we use it
We use this information only to provide Scan2Print: connect to a shop, prepare pages, and send a print job. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads. We do not use your documents for advertising.
Sharing
Print files are sent to the shop computer you connect to so the shop can print them. Signalling may use our hosted server to set up that connection. We do not share data with advertisers.
Retention
You can delete files in the app. Shop sessions end when the print job is finished or cancelled. We do not keep your documents on our servers as a document archive.
Delete your data
To request deletion of data related to Scan2Print:
- Delete your files in the app (Files screen).
- Uninstall the app to remove local data on your phone.
- Email codeconsoleai@gmail.com with subject Scan2Print data deletion. Include your device model and the date you used the app.
We delete session connection data when the print job ends. We do not store your documents on our servers as a long-term archive.
Your choices
You can decline camera or photo permission (some features will not work). You can delete the app and its local files at any time.
Children
Scan2Print is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
